Recoveries listed in plans are DG Webhosting assisted recoveries.
Clients have full acces to their accounts and can recover their own files at any time.
Additional GB of storage exceeding plan limit will be billed at $1.50/GB
A one-time setup of $25.00 will be billed on all new accounts.
This includes a consulation to determine amount of GB required for your backups.
The yearly subscription pre-pay gives a +10% discount over monthly billing.

Performance

- Bandwidth throttling — You can tell MozyPro to use more or less of your upload bandwidth so other higher priority services can run unimpeded.
